When you purchase something from danielka.es as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We do not share information with non-EU / EEA parties, except for deliveries outside of this area. We store your data confidentially in secure systems, but can never fully protect us from intrusion, which means that data shared with us is shared at your own risk.

Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, our SSL Secure Shopping system will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it's necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Products

Daniel Ka - Official Store holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

Currency and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€). For international orders, we recommend the use of Paypal to checkout, in order to see the prices in your currency and the texts in your language.

All prices include Spanish VAT (21%).

Payment
You have the following options:
- Credit/Debit card (Mastercard/VISA/American Express)
- Paypal

When using credit/debit card you will pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit/debit card is encrypted and secured. Daniel Ka reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Daniel Ka can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

Returns policy
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 14 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange or receive a credit note. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost.

Any item that is defective may be replaced within 15 days of purchase after return and inspection. Please contact us at info@danielka.es before returning the product and we will walk you through the process. If the item is deemed defective after inspection a replacement will be sent. If the item is sold out a refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective upon inspection in which case the replacement will be sent with free shipping.

You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.

Once orders have left our warehouse, Daniel Ka - Official Store cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. 

​

Media items (BOOKS, DVDs, CDs, DOWNLOADS etc.) and the magic products (for magicians) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. If there's an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you.

Applicable law

By visiting danielka.es you agree that the laws of the city of Santander, Spain, without regard to principles of conflict of law, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise.
